Ingredients for Thandai Mix:
• ½ cup Almonds
• ¼ cup Cashews
• 2 tbsp Pistachios
• 2 tbsp Melon Seeds (Magaz)
• 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus)
• 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
• 1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
• 1 tbsp Green Cardamom (Elaichi)
• 1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals (or 1 tsp rose powder)
• ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
• ½ cup Sugar (or as per taste)

How to make thandai mix :
1. Dry roast almonds, cashews, and pistachios for 1-2 minutes, then let them cool.
2. 2. Add all the roasted nuts, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, cardamom, dried rose petals, nutmeg powder, saffron, and sugar to a mixing jar.
3. Blend everything together into a smooth powder.
4. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
How to Use Thandai Mix:
Take 2 tbsp of the Thandai mix and stir it into a glass of chilled milk.
Let it rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse, then strain if needed.
Garnish with chopped nuts and saffron, and enjoy your refreshing Thandai!
