Garima Arora Instagram – I enjoyed every bit of eating at @banng.in . It reminded me of eating at a @charmgangcurryshop or a @charmkrung and I think very very few people in India does Thai so well, so casually, yet so beautifully- like @seefah_hillroad // @muroindia and this will be the third for me.
I didn’t have to wait in a queue since dawn for the crab omelette and it was very bit chunky, f-r-i-e-d and f-l-f-u-f-f-y!!! The duck in red curry was unctuous, I guess it’s a winter duck since it was fatty and just the perfect protein for the Delhi cold. The carpacciosque dish had the lovely zing of pomelo if I have got it correct and frankly fuss free. The Thai panipuri was clever and I had the affable and quite literally Delhi’s Don @the_epicurious take us through the menu which is always a cherry on the cake. This restaurant is effortless…
You don’t have to think so much when you eat here (and drink). Both my zero proof were bannging (I was finding every way to add this pun) and I feel this is already a hit place (and will be equally profitable too).
