It’s been a tough few months keeping my #fitforfifty journey going with Christmas, Birthday and working away lots! 😫 So I was really excited to be staying in a hotel with a gym that @laurahamiltontv and I used to work out in all the time! It’s really given me a push to get going again and renew that commitment I made to myself 8 months ago!
