This is one of the lessons we are talking and writing about in my book club meets writing group. It’s an amazing group and a potent time to have to digest this lesson. It makes you absolutely surrender to the now and appreciate all that is there. I will say it’s the hardest thing to do but when you surrender it’s the biggest act of REBELLION one can do. No one can touch your happiness unless you allow it- so when you say- “okay I surrender- AND- yup I’m still here”
