Watching the new Temptation Island on @netflix has me reflecting on my own season—and missing these girls so much. ♥️ Season 1, walking in blind, no idea of the weight of what we were signing up for. Through it all, we had each other. The first (and only) time I watched my Temptation Island season (USA Network, Season 1) was in 2019—live, with the rest of the world watching alongside me. At the time, it was so fresh it was really difficult to watch. Now, 6 years and a lot of healing later, I’d love to go back and watch it with a new perspective—one with kinder eyes. Like most entrepreneurs, when I first launched my agency, I was grinding, go-go-go, and building under high stress for years—until burnout hit, as it does for so many. Now, my key focus is maintaining balance—still growing, but with intention. Instead of hustle, it’s about alignment. Destroy the idea that you have to be constantly working or grinding to be successful. Embrace the truth that rest, recovery, and reflection are essential parts of the journey toward a successful, happy life.
