In honor of Mufasa opening weekend, bringing back this gem from 2020 when the movie was first announced. Barry decided to make Mufasa the same week Chauncey came home to us that July. Chauncey’s grown up watching cuts of the film, believing it’s about him. (Too late to tell him otherwise).
I’ve loved and regularly thought about “Le Poulet”(1963) ever since I first saw it in my early 20’s. Now, as a new backyard chicken owner, I find myself thinking about this little film more and more – the earnestness, the simplicity, and the impossible CONUNDRUM!
