– I prefer to land on my right foot and then touch and thank Earth Mother for her blessings to us.
– I do Surya Ark, I.e. thanking the Sun for rising for us to start a new day. Do so with both hands. I was holding the camera in one hand to shoot this for a few seconds.
– I sage the house and love the after feeling.
– I make a scrub with what we have in the pantry, this is some dried orange peels and malai.
– I take a salt bath very often.
– Earthing, love it, so anti inflammatory.
– We went to a gau Shala and fed Gau Mata
– Found some Palak, Methi and Dhaniya fresh off the soil 😍
– Meeting my childhood friend and his family is therapy ❤️
– Anaisha calling me the best bua is a big win for me specially when she has a lot of buas, all winners in their own right. Sorry Eku di, Punnu di and Nehu di 😂. I even got it on camera as proof 🤣
