It pushed me to my limits, made me stronger, and showed me what my body and mind were capable of. And now, nearly 15 years later, I feel the same fire, the same high—it’s like coming home. Starting the morning right is very important to me. – I prefer to land on my right foot and then touch and thank Earth Mother for her blessings to us. – I do Surya Ark, I.e. thanking the Sun for rising for us to start a new day. I was holding the camera in one hand to shoot this for a few seconds. – I sage the house and love the after feeling. – I make a scrub with what we have in the pantry, this is some dried orange peels and malai. – I take a salt bath very often. – Earthing, love it, so anti inflammatory. – We went to a gau Shala and fed Gau Mata – Found some Palak, Methi and Dhaniya fresh off the soil 😍 – Meeting my childhood friend and his family is therapy ❤️ – Anaisha calling me the best bua is a big win for me specially when she has a lot of buas, all winners in their own right. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 My brother and his aaa karo 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I found it funny till I didn’t. I was laughing till I saw the fire on the paan and suddenly realised fire paan means FIRE PAAN. No bullshitting here missy 😲 Family is here is Nasik for a ceremony and we went to eat Sadhana Missal Pao because it’s iconic. After stuffing ourselves with the missal and the thecha (I got some thecha packed to take home too and that’s what is in my pocket 😂). And then I saw the paan counter and told Neeraj Chal paan khaate hain. He asked me if I had tried the fire paan and I was like no but I’ll have it whatever it is. Till I saw the fire and went like – you’re joking right 😰 It was scary IWL and I just couldn’t bring myself to do it with the first time.. see me looking behind looking for mom 🤣 Now as two Taurus, none of us was going to back down and let’s just say I was today years old when I got to know what fire paan is 🔥🥵 No one died. Here I am. Still love my brother to death and am happy in my own way I crossed a hurdle this AM. Mind is feeling euphoria for completing 5 years in Goa. I’ve just stopped bringing strays into the house – that wasn’t going down very well with Mob. It was getting dangerous for the strays because Mobi can kill, he’s teretorial. I mean.. have you seen his teeth ? Would take 2 bites to bring a man down to death. But we get out there and feed and support doggos in Delhi, Gurgaon and one rescue in Bombay. You can support their care financially, or give them time, or shelter or food. Or you can just be kind to them when you walk past them. Tell them they got this, they are strong and they are loved.
