A few moons ago, on a soft balmy morning, we gathered under coconut trees by the sea, to hold a grounding and a cacao ceremony and hold our hearts gently, barefoot and raw. We had questions. To be able to be kind to ourselves and others is so hard. We tried to soften it. Be gentle with holding ourselves specially. To exhale and say a final goodbye to 2025 and everything it brought us.
