Megha Gupta Instagram – A few moons ago, on a soft balmy morning, we gathered under coconut trees by the sea, to hold a grounding and a cacao ceremony and hold our hearts gently, barefoot and raw.
We had questions.
To be able to be kind to ourselves and others is so hard. We tried to soften it. Be gentle with holding ourselves specially. To exhale and say a final goodbye to 2025 and everything it brought us.
It was an honour to bring this together, be at @fit.escapades and spend time with the beautiful souls who showed up fully.
We pulled cards for those answers and for 2026 – how we should meet it.
We were quiet, kind and did everything with intention. Becoming is a such a beautiful thing. So is respecting where we are.
May we keep this in mind as we open this beautiful day too 💜
