Got a little dizzy there for a sec but not drunk. Also I don’t drink or barely ever hardly at all. Been a few years now. Highly recommend it. Got my color done thank you to the beautiful and amazing @alma_g_original. She is a force. We may have filmed 🎥🎬 our chair conversation too for an upcoming project. Toner a bit silvery but that fades after first wash. 🙂 Years ago I lived above her salon so this was a blast from more than a decade ago past. Later had some good meeting about (and at) @purefoodandwine felt like time for another of these. Maybe too many consecutive hours and days staring into the blue light of my laptop 👩🏼💻did a number on me. Finally submitted some work last night that feels important. Relieved. Picking up the baton for next leg of this triathlon. Think I shed some stuff. And, like a lobster, waiting til it’s safe. From now until forever will never again use the phrase panic attack hyperbolically. I’ve learned. My lesson. I LOVE YOU. AND ME. 💚🌱🦆🐾

My friend Steve, who survived years as Howard Stern’s intern, wrote a very good book. My copy just arrived. My blurb, somehow lacking from the print copy (WTF @grillovader) was: “When Grillo asked me to read his manuscript, my first thought was *oh for f*cks sake—I’m a terrible liar, and I’m going to have to lie. But then I started reading and… couldn’t stop. By some miracle, it’s f*cking hilarious and also oddly endearing.” Anyway. It really is a super fun read. Full of stories.
