I feel a bit sad sharing this because I have so much great stuff happening in my life right now, but the reality of how I’m feeling in my life offline & I guess what the people in my real life are getting is a version of me who’s a bit of a shell of herself. That’s not to say there aren’t happy and exciting moments like the podcast launch, and feedback has had me jumping about so giddy, but I’ve struggled to make my usual content because I feel like I’ve lost my spark abit. I know its just a phase as I navigate this season of my life, but I’m so glad I know that not all of my thoughts about myself are the truth, and to continue treating myself like I’m somebody I love❤️ #negativeselftalk #reality

Operation de-grey the house🌈(watch until the end for the before and afters) ad. After the big house reno in 2019, we had no creativity left to think about the interior, so we painted it all white and grey, but we finally felt ready to shake it up and add some colour and character. I found my perfect earthy tone colour palette and the team at @valsparpaintuk helped me to curate some paints that would flow nicely through the house! Although we’re yet to do some furniture upgrades. I’m SO pleased with how its turned out & the paint colours are chefs kiss! #houserenovation
