Day 1 of 9 week Control Freak was brutal! It’s been a while since I’ve done a HIIT workout like that. I have no shame in the fact that in crushed me today. My focus hasn’t been high intensity in over 2 years, it’s been strength, flexibility, mobility, control & power with a combination of Pilates and strength training. I’ll absolutely continue my Pilates training but for the next 9 weeks, 9 Week Control Freak will be my main workout program helping me train for the HYROX competition at the end of May.
