Autumn Reeser Instagram – I’ve been overwhelmed emotionally with deciding what to write about our SEEN retreat — because the work went so deep and this felt like such a massive threshold crossing for me, and for all the women there.
Facilitating this retreat with two of my besties was intuitive, filled with ease and the MOST FUN I have EVER had “on vacation.”
Simultaneously, old structures in my life are burning down, calling for the truth, clearing and up-leveling every single relationship in my life and the shift is DEEP and immediate and powerful. Because when we expand, something needs to shift in order to make room for the growth.
To this I say Yes.
One of the most powerful tools we have is our Sacred Yes or Holy No, because when we bring our sovereignty to our lives, we sit in the seat of truth. When I can say a full energetic Yes to the outdated structures that are dissolving, I am also saying Yes to the new life that is blooming underneath them.
This is the deep work that happened for our women this weekend.
I saw so much beauty.
I saw so much courage.
I saw so much connection forming, within and without.
We are seeds, blossoming underneath the ashes. For those with eyes to see… the growth is here. 🌱
@kristisalerno_ @noel_elie and I are going to do a couple of weekend workshops here in California this summer and an online workshop in the fall. In November, we’ll host an intimate week-long fall retreat in Ireland. Our intention is to make this transformative work available at all levels.
