Today begins our SEEN retreat! 💖 I had three goals pulling on my heart at the start of this year, and holding an in-person transformational retreat with @kristisalerno_ and @noel_elie was one of them. What a ride it’s been already:) I’ve laughed and learned so much, and we’re so grateful to @sedonamagoretreatcenter for making this dream come true, from vision to birth, so quickly for all the incredible women attending this weekend. Facilitating this retreat with two of my besties was intuitive, filled with ease and the MOST FUN I have EVER had “on vacation.” Simultaneously, old structures in my life are burning down, calling for the truth, clearing and up-leveling every single relationship in my life and the shift is DEEP and immediate and powerful. Because when we expand, something needs to shift in order to make room for the growth. To this I say Yes. One of the most powerful tools we have is our Sacred Yes or Holy No, because when we bring our sovereignty to our lives, we sit in the seat of truth. When I can say a full energetic Yes to the outdated structures that are dissolving, I am also saying Yes to the new life that is blooming underneath them. This is the deep work that happened for our women this weekend. I saw so much beauty. I saw so much courage. I saw so much connection forming, within and without. We are seeds, blossoming underneath the ashes. There is a point on the path of awakening when it feels like you’ve arrived at this place where you’re about to be ‘birthed.’ What it feels like is physical pressure. What it feels like is ‘stuck.’ What it feels like is there is no way out. The answer is Keep Going. The only way out is through. And the paradox is… you’ll find there is no “out,” the path only continues, just at a different octave. And within that paradox is the divine comedy, the joy and the freedom. So keep going:) ✨
