Autumn Reeser Instagram – ✨Creating and facilitating the SEEN retreat with my sisters-in-transformation @kristisalerno_ and @noel_elie was a dream come true.
It brought me SO MUCH JOY to teach and learn with the women who attended. To laugh. To move. To cry. To shift. To feel and unpack it allllll together in service of the heart-cracking-open collective growth occurring within this seemingly impossible moment on earth right now.
