Caroline D’Amore Instagram – The more I learn put these toxic little computers on our hands the more I don’t like them. They are after our peace, money and joy. They remove us from our beautiful moments and we only have so much time to spend. I turned off ALL OF MY NOTIFICATIONS that I know I don’t need and I’m so excited about it: I control my life and day not my damn phone! I control my phone not the other way around. I use it for communication and business on my terms PERIOD. I feel about a thousand times lighter already. Take your life back with me. It feels so damn good.
