Gabbi Tuft Instagram – Easy 8 minute recipes for healthy burgers!

Here’s 4 different types of burgers you can easily prepare at home. Each recipe takes only 8 minutes to cook and costs less than 8 dollars.

The additional ingredients in the turkey burgers are optional. You can always just use the meat and seasonings, the way I did with the ground beef.

For the veggie burger, make sure you mash the beans and the oat flour together until there’s no dry oat flour.

For the buns, look for keto options or other buns that meet your macros AND what you personally consider healthy.
