In other words you’re shuttling more of your nutrients to body fat because of this.

Next, carrageenan is in these. There are over 3,800 research paper that show carrageenan causes intestinal inflammation.

The worst part is that 5%-25% of all food grade carrageenan is actually degraded carrageenan which has been linked to cancer AND the carrageenan manufacturers have yet to find a reliable way to test for this. They cannot accurately tell you how much degraded carrageenan you’re ingesting.
