Here’s why I passed on Seeq:

Sucralose: artificial sweetener shown to increase risk of cardiovascular events and cerebrovascular events (heart issues and lack of oxygen to the brain).
–
Polysorbate 80: preservative that is linked to cytotoxicity (cellular damage) and epithelial barrier issues (gut lining) causing leaky gut – yes, this is a real term.
–
I use a tasteless whey protein I grabbed on Amazon and add whatever I need to my shakes. A little cocoa powder and Allulose go a long ways 🔥
