Gray Benko Instagram – I recently had the great fortune to go on a trip to India with @marble_lotus and, let me tell you, it was the experience of a lifetime. We got to see things I never thought I would be able to see (The Taj Mahal at sunrise…how???), meet the most incredible artisans, immerse ourselves in the beautiful culture, eat the most delicious food, and make wonderful new friends along the way. I am still pinching myself and processing all of the unbelievable experiences we were able to squeeze into our time there. I will never forget it.
This was @marble_lotus’s first annual Kala Yatra trip and I was so lucky to be able to attend. Kala Yatra translates to mean “artistic journey” and it more than lived up to it’s name. I left India feeling more inspired than I have ever been in my life. If you have a love for art, design, or just want to have an incredible travel experience, then this is something you truly do not want to miss. I am strongly considering going back next year because I think I left a piece of my heart behind ❤️
