My dearest friend @micaelbindefeld has together with the immensely talented photographer @mikaeljansson created the most precious and beautiful piece of work by documenting the last survivors of the Holocaust for an upcoming exhibition at @kulturhusetstadsteatern opening in October 2018. Their dedication and love for this important project is truly extraordinary and utterly impressive.
This beautiful behind the scenes film, shot by @carlnilsson, has profoundly affected me. I watch the part over and over and get so deeply moved where the beautiful lady, one of the last Holocaust survivors still alive, humbly says “Thank you for taking your time with me, because I really want the schools to continue to talk about it..”. And that is exactly what we need to do, to raise awareness with keeping the holocaust stories alive and to continue educate our youth to prevent anything like it from ever happening again. I am immensely proud of you Micael, for your commitment and devotion that I have seen in you throughout all the years to keep the stories of the Holocaust forever alive #micaelbindefeldsstiftelse
