Valentine Thomas Instagram – Once you grill lobster, it’s hard to get back to boiled. I like to detach the flesh from the shell and squeeze some butter in there and cook on indirect heat (especially with spiny “Caribbean” lobster as when overcooked, becomes pretty tough!) Then baste with a spicy butter mixture throughout the cooking period. 👀 Always a winner 🦞
