Valentine Thomas Instagram – The face says it all. I am SO stocked to have made jarred tuna in EVOO! Canned tuna is actually serious business. Done wrong, it can actually be deadly (🤯). Pressure canning ensured that they are safe and I cannot wait to enjoy my tuna salads 🤩 (yeah I get excited about weird things lol).
If you are curious about what is dangerous about it – well it’s a toxin called Botulism that can be fatal.
