Kady Krambeer Instagram – For the last 6 years (esp since temptation island) mental health has been a big struggle for me. A formula I came up with a couple years ago really helped when I felt days were just slipping through my fingers and lost due to bad mental health stints, I would tell myself and set the intention for the day that if can only do these 3 things every day, the day isn’t wasted.
Fast forward to present time, I’m happier and healthier than ever and never take good days for granted. I have always felt called to be open and share with others what I’m going through so I wanted to share this with you in case it may be just what you needed to hear today. Hope this helps!
