I stacked the Red Bull fridges, asked questions in a press conference, looked after gold medals, tried my hand at some cognitive training, moved the boat, picked up any rubbish, and joined in on the team warm-up.
I must say, my biggest takeaway is that the vibes were high, the energy was electric (which, now that I think about it, could have been because of the Red Bull 😆), and the people were both incredibly talented and welcoming. 🫶
I’m the biggest fan of SailGP—not just for the adrenaline but also for their amazing commitment to the environment and the ocean! 🌊
