On this day one year ago, we said our vows in front of our family at one of our most special places. @kinlochwildernessretreat.nz Today, we are back here celebrating with a new adventure ahead of us: the journey to becoming parents. We are very very early in this new chapter, but because our online family has been so incredibly supportive through our marriage, our love story, our miscarriage, and our fertility journey so far, I felt it was important to share our exciting news. When we walked this path previously, it felt very isolating and we want it to be different this time. Very excited to share my new reel showcasing all the epic presenting I’ve been up to recently! I’m a huge fan of going all in, and I feel incredibly proud of some of the amazing opportunities I’ve had so far as a storyteller and putting myself outside my comfort zone! I joined the epic U.S. SailGP Team as an intern for the day. 🇺🇸 I stacked the Red Bull fridges, asked questions in a press conference, looked after gold medals, tried my hand at some cognitive training, moved the boat, picked up any rubbish, and joined in on the team warm-up. I must say, my biggest takeaway is that the vibes were high, the energy was electric (which, now that I think about it, could have been because of the Red Bull 😆), and the people were both incredibly talented and welcoming. 🫶 I’m the biggest fan of SailGP—not just for the adrenaline but also for their amazing commitment to the environment and the ocean! 🌊 Thank you to everyone who made today possible. Cute but psycho. 😜 Last night, Tom and I had the absolute privilege of attending the @M3GAN 2.0 trailer release party in Hollywood—wow! Honestly, the vibes in the room were next level, the trailer is phenomenal, and it seems like the soundtrack is going to be just as epic. 🫶 We were blown away by how nice everyone was, their incredible outfits, the confidence, and the overall energy—it was unparalleled! Everyone is fizzing for this film, and so are we! It’s 100% going to be entertaining! #m3gan2 @m3gan @the__tomwalsh @mainro.la

PLOT TWIST: I’ve been quietly making some big lifestyle shifts to help lower my cortisol, reconnect with my body, and reclaim my intuition—because, let’s be honest, my brain tends to be the loudest voice in the room. 🧠🔊😅 I’m beyond grateful for all the tips, tricks, and wisdom that have been poured into me over the past two weeks, and I can’t wait to share what’s been helping me realign! ✨ Patience isn’t exactly my strong suit (I love to fix things instantly), so taking a slower approach goes against every fiber of my being… but here we are! This week we had the privilege of trying acupuncture as a couple in our home with the amazing Nathalie. @nathalievitality When I shared my diagnosis of low AMH and that I was looking to support my fertility journey, the number one thing people said had helped them — and felt supportive and successful — was the inclusion of acupuncture. ❤️ In all honesty, Tom was a little hesitant about all the needles 😅 but Nathalie talked us through the process in such amazing detail, explained the benefits so succinctly, and it was such a beautiful experience — even more special doing it together. This weekend, my bestie since we were 4 @albie_eaton and I embarked on a magical adventure to the @every_bite_nz workshop on reducing food waste and living more sustainably at the beautiful @fallsretreat 🍂 We learnt so much, laughed endlessly, and even got to sleep in what looked like the perfect little doll’s house. Did you know nearly 1/3 of all food produced globally is wasted? This workshop really opened our eyes. Some of my favourite takeaways: * Shop seasonally * Save veggie ends to make homemade stock * Create an “EAT FIRST” shelf in the fridge * Before each meal, ask: Is this nourishing?
