6 Months ago Vs. Now 🔥🔥💪🏼I decided to start a journey to become the strongest and healthiest version of me. My whole adulthood I never made how I felt physically a priority, from being underweight to gaining weight, it was time that I showed up for myself ! I take everything else very serious when it comes to my career so why not my body ? The thing that decides how long I get to do what I love and how I feel when I do it. I’m proud of the changes I’ve made thus far. The biggest challenge I’ve had is changing my mentality. There’s a lot of ideas we carry from our teenage years into adulthood that we have to release to make space for new ways of thinking and possibilities. Looking forward to doing another update in a few more months
