Zhavia Instagram – 6 Months ago Vs. Now 🔥🔥💪🏼I decided to start a journey to become the strongest and healthiest version of me. My whole adulthood I never made how I felt physically a priority, from being underweight to gaining weight, it was time that I showed up for myself ! I take everything else very serious when it comes to my career so why not my body ? The thing that decides how long I get to do what I love and how I feel when I do it. I’m proud of the changes I’ve made thus far. The biggest challenge I’ve had is changing my mentality. There’s a lot of ideas we carry from our teenage years into adulthood that we have to release to make space for new ways of thinking and possibilities.
