~ 2 cups white matar/ Ragda
•Soak them overnight
~ 2 chopped Potatoes
• Cook them for 5-6 whistles.
~ chopped onions
~ chopped tomatoes
~ Green chilli
~ imli khajur paste
~ dhaniya pudina paste
~ Red chilli powder
~ salt
~ black salt
~ Chaat masala
• Mix it well.
For tadka:
~ oil & butter
~ chopped onions
~ chopped tomatoes
~ salt
~ Red chilli powder
•Add matar to it & mix it well & garnish it with coriander leaves.
• Serve it with green chutney, red chutney, tomatoes, onions, sev.
