Laccha Pyaz Paratha with tomato chutney😋💗 For Aata: ~ Aata ~ salt ~ Water For stuffing: ~ 3-4 Onions • Chop the onions as shown in the video. ~ 2 chopped green chillies ~ Chopped coriander leaves ~ Salt ~ 1 tbsp red chilli powder ~ 1/2 tbsp Aamchur powder ~ 1/2 tbsp chaat masala ~ 1/2 tbsp black salt ~ 1/2 tbsp jeera ~ 1/2 tbsp coriander powder • Mix it well & our stuffing is ready. For chutney: ~Oil ~4-5 tomatoes • Cut the tomatoes into halves. ~ 7-8 garlic cloves ~ Salt • Roast them from both the sides properly & then remove the skin. • Now Mash the roasted tomatoes. ~ chopped onions ~ jeera ~ Red chilli powder ~ salt ~ Black salt ~ Aamchur powder ~ Chaat masala • Mix it well & your chtney is ready. • Make the parathas & stuff the stuffing as shown in the video . • And roast it on the pan with some butter or oil or ghee. शुभ महाशिवरात्रि!✨ Sabudana khichadi 💗😋 Ingredients: ~1 cup sabudana (sago pearls) (soaked for 4-5 hours) ~1 boiled potato (chopped) ~2 tbsp peanuts (roasted & crushed) ~1 tbsp oil ~1 tsp cumin seeds ~1-2 green chilies (chopped) ~½ tsp rock salt (sendha namak) ~1 tbsp red chilli powder ~ 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder ~½ tsp sugar (optional) ~1 tbsp lemon juice ~2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped) ~ Grapes ~ Pomegranate Instructions: 1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chilies. 2. Add boiled potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Add soaked sabudana, peanuts, & all the Masalas into it. 4. Dahi Bhalla Chaat 😋💗 ~ 1/2 cup moong dal ~ 1/2 cup urad dal • Soak the dal for 4-5 hours & then grind them into fine paste. ~ 1/2 tbsp jeera ~ 1/2 tbsp black salt ~ salt • Now mix it well & Heat oil and deep-fry small portions until golden brown. •Soak fried bhallas in warm water for 10-15 minutes, then squeeze gently.
