I had the privilege to serve a dish made by me! 👨🍳💫 Truly honored to be a part of the Global Investors Summit, a landmark initiative that’s set to bring new opportunities to MP! 🚀 GIS, which is set to be a game-changer for MP! 🌍💼 Can’t wait to see the amazing future ahead! 💼🌍 *•Rabdi:* ~1 liter full-fat milk ~1/4 cup condensed milk(adjust as per taste) ~1/2 tsp cardamom powder ~10-12 pistachios (chopped) ~5-6 saffron strands Method: •In a heavy-bottom pan, bring milk to a boil. •Lower the flame and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, and scraping the sides to mix the malai back in. •Once reduced to half, add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron milk. Mix well •Add chopped nuts, stir, and cook for 5 more minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate.Serve Chilled & Enjoy! *Gulab jamun:* Ingredients: For Gulab Jamun: ~1 cup mawa ~1/4 cup maida ~2 tbsp milk powder ~Ghee (for frying) For Sugar Syrup: ~1.5 cups sugar ~1.5 cups water ~1/2 tsp cardamom powder ~Few saffron strands Method: •Boil sugar and water until slightly sticky. Add cardamom, saffron. Keep warm. •Mix Mava, flour, Add milk powder and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes. •Make small, crack-free balls. •Heat ghee on low-medium flame. Kaju Barfi 😋💗 ~ 1.5 cup kaju • Grind it well into a fine powder. ~ 2 cup milk powder ~ 1/2 cup milk • Mix it well & make a thick mixture . ~ 1 tbsp ghee • Add milk powder mixture to it & cook it for 4-5 minutes. • Now add kaju powder to it. ~ 1/2 cup sugar • Cook it until it leaves the sides & then let it cool down for some time. • Now make a roll out of a mixture & cover it with a silver barak . • Cut it into pieces & garnish it with some kesar water & kesar strands.
