Vaidika laddha Instagram – Khari Style Mathri 😋💗
~ 2 cup Maida
~ salt
~ Ajwain
~ oil
~ water
• Mix the mixture well & Make a tight dough out of it .
~ 2 tbsp maida
~ 2 tbsp ghee
• Mix it well & make a paste out of it .
• Roll the dough as shown in the video & apply the ghee paste to it & arrange them one by one in stack .
• Now again roll the dough & cut them into rectangular pieces as shown in the video .
• Fry them into hot oil until they become golden in colour.
• Enjoy it with some chai .
