My journey back to good health in 2025 continues… I’ve been coming to @eden_health_retreat in Queensland’s Currumbin Valley on and off since it opened as Camp Eden way back in the mid-80s. And 40 years on, it has truly never been more magical, more relaxing, more empowering, or a more healing experience. The food, the activities, the people, the walks, the night skies, the treatments, the simple calm and quiet of it all…and even the ice baths!!! (And yes, it did take some convincing to get me in there…but SO worth it for how you feel afterwards.) Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.❤️💪🙏 @eden_health_retreat @une_piece #giftedexperience #currumbin #currumbinvalley #edenhealthretreat #icebath #goodhealth #mudbath

When you make a commitment for 2025 that you’re going to do everything you can to prioritise your health, great things can happen. Especially when you have someone very special encouraging you. 🥰 Just lifted a kilo more than my own body weight… 💪❤️ PS. Loving all the mum-style concern in the comments about me not wearing shoes. 🙏But I can promise you, with the weight I was lifting, gym shoes would offer ZERO protection. Besides, I’m in my rad-fem phase these days!🤣 #agingdisgracefully
This is my friend @nikkiglaser Nikki is in Australia to settle a bet we had 13 years ago that her legs were MUCH longer, leaner, hotter and smoother than mine. And that I am a short-arse. As you can see from this photo, both bets are now officially settled. Oh yeah, she’s also here to absolutely slay audiences across the country with her insanely hilarious standup show “Alive And Unwell”. Insider’s tip: wear waterproof mascara, because you WILL be crying. Sydney and Melbourne were both sell-outs. Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, if you can grab a ticket, do it!! Best. Night. Out. #nikkiglaser
Such a treat to attend the opening night of the retrospective exhibition of iconic Australian fashion designer @martingrantofficial at @ngvmelbourne …and catch-up with so many wonderful friends from back in my magazine days. (I even ran into the incredible Doris Tyler who, with her fashion designer husband Richard, were responsible for those swoon-worthy satin bomber jackets worn by my great teen-pop-band crush, Sherbet. ❤️ But I digress…) For more than 40 years Martin, the boy from Blackburn, Victoria who moved to – and conquered – Paris, has been at the top of his game designing for everyone from Cate Blanchett to Lady Gaga, to one of his dearest friends, sister of Jackie Kennedy, Lee Radziwill (talk to me about that amazing suede coat!). The exhibition has everything, including all the gorgeous paintings his dear mum kept as Martin obsessed over ballgowns as a five year old. Martin’s designs are proof that great style simply never goes out of fashion. If I had a favourite, it’s a toss-up between Lady Gaga’s heavenly navy/white spotted pantsuit (slide 3), and the incredible Audrey-Hepburn-esque black number in slide 4. But the truth is, all of it is superb. So if you’re in Melbourne anytime from now until January 2026, make sure you put it on your list of must-sees. (Oh, and if that pink/red background lighting in the first slide looks familiar, that could be a nod to Martin’s work as the designer of the current, now-iconic @qantas uniforms, which Martin also designed…) #martingrant #ngv #Melbourne @grew_up_in_the_70s_and_80s
