I’ve been coming to @eden_health_retreat in Queensland’s Currumbin Valley on and off since it opened as Camp Eden way back in the mid-80s. And 40 years on, it has truly never been more magical, more relaxing, more empowering, or a more healing experience.
The food, the activities, the people, the walks, the night skies, the treatments, the simple calm and quiet of it all…and even the ice baths!!! (And yes, it did take some convincing to get me in there…but SO worth it for how you feel afterwards.)
