One of my greatest honors has been the privilege of representing my country. Wearing India’s name close to my heart at the Miss Universe pageant and placing as a runner-up was a moment of immense pride—one that I will cherish forever.
Coming from four generations of armed forces families, as the daughter and granddaughter of war veterans, patriotism truly runs in my veins. If someone were to check my blood type, I’d like to think it would come back positively orange, green, and white!
Happy Republic Day to you all. This day reminds us of the strength of our Constitution, the sacrifices of those who built this nation, and the freedom we enjoy every day. Let’s celebrate the values of unity, democracy, and diversity that make our country so incredible.
