✅ I start my week by training my lower body. 🤪
✅ I train my legs and glutes two to three times a week.
✅ Sometimes I train heavy and do low reps, and other times I train light but do high reps. 🥴
✅ Don’t neglect technique – Good execution is key to avoiding injuries and maximizing growth.
✅ Increase the load progressively – Increase the weight gradually to challenge your muscles.
✅ Weight train – Prioritize exercises like squats, deadlifts, and leg presses. 🏋🏻♀️
✅ To increase muscle mass, you definitely need to eat at least 5 times a day! That includes protein and carbohydrates.
✅ Good carbohydrates: such as sweet potatoes, rice, oats, rice cream.
✅ Proteins: such as chicken 🍗, red meat 🥩 fish 🎣 , eggs 🥚
✅ Eat enough calories – A calorie surplus promotes mass gain. 🤤
✅ Get enough rest – Muscles grow at rest, don’t overtrain. 😴
✅ Stay hydrated – Hydration is crucial for performance and recovery. 💦
