From the silver screen to the streets, Samyukta Hornad shines brightest when saving lives.🌟🐾 What began with a promise to her first pup, Gunda, became Praana Animal Foundation — rescuing 4,000 animals, building India’s first eco-friendly cat rehab, and running a 24/7 free ambulance. Now, she’s creating India’s first urban wildlife ambulance.🐅🦉 This isn’t charity. When Compassion Meets the Wild!!! 🐅💫 In a heartfelt gesture of love for wildlife, actor @samyuktahornad adopted a tiger named Sinchana at Bannerghatta Biological Park. With quiet dignity and piercing eyes, Sinchana represents the strength and vulnerability of India’s majestic wild cats, and @samyuktahornad ‘s adoption with @tekion is a powerful act of support that goes beyond symbolism. Continuing our looks from “Ode To Malnad” collection, here’s Actor Samyukta Hornad as the perfect muse to this shoot. ✅ LOOK 3 A demure look on Samyukta created with a Handloom ilkal Saree with a body that has the ‘Gayatri border’ design running all over. Traditionally meant to be done on borders only, this Saree is a twist on the traditional. The drape is ‘Yakshgana Parvathy Kase’ that has a certain glamour. This drape is popular in the Malnad region. The Saree drape from Coorg is also a variation of this style. This cotton Saree with silk pallu is the perfect choice for the upcoming festive season. This #WorldElephantDay, actor and animal advocate @samyuktahornad lends her voice to speak for India’s captive elephants. Elephants remember everything, the pain of chains, the sting of bullhooks, and the joy of walking free. Across India, countless elephants are still trapped in captivity, blinded, beaten, and worked to exhaustion. But with rescue, care, and compassion, their stories can change. Samyukta has supported us for over six years, adopting elephants and advocating for their rights. You can also take a stand for elephants in India: (Tap the link in our bio) Be the reason an elephant’s memories are filled with freedom and dignity, not suffering. #WildlifeSOS #ElephantCare #FreedomForElephants #BeggingElephants

Had the absolute joy of being part of the Australia–India Youth Dialogue! Met incredible people, had conversations that are still lingering in me, and somehowww made a few brand-new ‘childhood friends.’ Ate best Gujarati food, played kabaddi, explored cool VR gadgets, tried my hand at block printing… and the list goes onnn… but, Bombay rains, I love you. 😘 Alsoooo, NO ONE played any prank on me at all, I never laughed loudly, didn’t dance with bouncers, certainly didn’t introduce the Queen of Yemlur, @aliciasouza at alll… and obviously didn’t sing karaoke at a formal event. I was such a good girl. Huge thank you to our head girl @bindusub and the entire steer co for making me a part of your fam! Can’t wait to collaborate with @sapaindia , loveeee youuuss. Honestly, could not have been more perfectly behaved if I tried 🤪 See you all soon, mate 😘 @ai.youthdialogue

Messy heart? Just add some resin 🙂 Saw a 30-second reel and thought making a resin table would be a fun weekend thing. Cut to a few chaotic days and a minor identity crisis later, I ended up with a heart-shaped piece filled with flowers, leaves, and pebbles—tiny bits of quiet places and moments I couldn’t let go of. Picked up some carpentry, some patience, and maybe even a false sense of control. 🤪 It cracked (so did I), but it holds—flawed, messy, and kind of beautiful… the way real things usually are… Like the things I keeepppp falling for. 🙂 Mr Kumbha – my cat- thinks he commissioned it. Claimed it the moment it was done and has made it his throne. He’s happy, maybe that’s all the purpose it ever needed. Thank you @murthys_murthies and @rakshith.art 🤍 Got weird ideas to turn waste into art? Send them, I just might try it 🙂 #Resin #Art #DIY #Heart #Mess #Love #carpentry #Wood #jungle #casio
