Mother Earth gave us life here for a short time… the way back to the sky for me, is through Her… through body… beauty… music…bliss, pain and broken parts… regenerating…

This dance with @catijean16 is an improvised exploration of energy… tapping into the same frequency and letting ourselves move together in it… play in it… surrender to it… and so we find something in ourselves to share in, to dance with… like little girls who know this world is whatever we want it to be…
I came away remembering that heaven is just a twirl away… and it made it easier to be at home… and so I wrote some… and napped… and played with my daughter and my dogs… and my work is better for it…
It’s better to start days at the beginning… I started somewhere else today and too many days… it was good to begin again.
