AD | You’re going to be surprised what a difference some great products and simple tips can make! 🙌 This video is in collaboration with @kerastase_official. I’ve been using their Genesis Anti Hair-Fall range, and especially their scalp serum even before it’s launch in India. It was a hairstylist who suggested I try this when I had severe hair-fall due to hard water when I was living in London. Six years since that day and cut to today, I finally have a chance of working with a brand and endorse something I’ve been using and recommending to my audience for years now! 💗 Many of you have even written to me how much you’ve loved the results of this. This range is honestly, so so worth it! 💆♀️ Products featured: Kerastase Genesis Anti Hairfall Serum Kerastase Genesis Bain Nutri Fortifant shampoo Kerastase Genesis Masque Reconstituant Kerastase Genesis Heat Thermique Disclaimer – Thoughts in this video are based on personal trial and research. SAVE this routine if body odour is concerning you this summer. If you’d like any links – you can comment ‘link’ and it’ll be in your DMs. Regardless, the products are mentioned below. I see everyone talking about deodorants and perfumes but those just ‘mask body odour’ not prevent it. If you’re looking for prevention – anti-perspirants and BPO washes are necessary, and honestly absolutely game changing! ⏹️ Products featured: ⏹️ Anti- Perspirants: @doveindiachannel Original and @vanicreamskincare ⏹️ Body Wash @be.bodywise Benzoyl Peroxide Body Wash ⏹️ AHA Deodorant – @chemistatplay.skincare 5% AHA Underarm Roll on (Fragrance Free) and @beminimalist__ 5% AHA Deodorant Disclaimer – I’m not a dermatologist. Okay I have to admit something. I am a recluse. I know these photos don’t exactly exhibit this, but truth be told, over the years I’ve realised that my true happiness lies in my small circle, with my husband, my son and select few family and friends. While that brings me a lot of peace, sometimes that also means saying no to exciting work opportunities, fancy trips, designer events et al – because hand on heart, somehow they don’t excite me and that has often led me to sit and think whether something is wrong with me? Whether I am not ambitious enough? A hustler enough? Or don’t have the drive within me? Or maybe I am just not willing to leave my comfort zone? It’s led to a lot of conversations between me and my husband, where he will motivate and push me to step out and widen my horizons but I’ll just shrug and be happy with my dal chawal, home work outs and cuddling with my son. The truth is — yes, maybe I will be more successful or even richer if I do all of these networking activities but I somehow know I won’t be happier. And can I just say that I am so relieved of giving up that shame to be able to say that out loud! Because since when did the definition of success just be, being out there? Being seen? Being popular? Or being richer? What if, just what if — for some, success meant solitude? Maybe success could also mean waiting for your son to come back from school and hug you? Or watch him sing his first poem? Maybe it was having the freedom to be able to go for a workout at 12 noon? Or a simple dinner out with friends without having to do any small talk? Maybe success is having a healthy, happy family. Maybe, just maybe, success isn’t just what we were told it was? And maybe we have all just been lied to our entire lives! Maybe success is what you make of it. What does success mean to you?

A ‘must save’ post for sensitive skin! A lot of these are on some offers on the current Nykaa Pink Summer Sale, so I personally wouldn’t wait before stocking up on these. ⏹️ Products featured: • @clinique_in Moisture Surge Serum – a milky blend of vitamin c, lactic acid and hyaluronic acid. It’s a fragrance free formulation much like the rest of the brand’s skincare. If you’re someone with dull, textured or dehydrated skin, this could be a game changer! I suggest using it at night to begin with, but it can also be used under sunscreen in the day. • @drjart_india’s Cicapair Soothing Repair Mask was something I didn’t expect to like so much. I’ve not been a fan of gel overnight masks. I much prefer creams, but this one surprised me and how! It’s SO SO soothing. Comforts my skin on redness and breakout days, even on days I have tiny pimples around my nose, and just gives it a glow the next day. Perfect for summer and apart for sensitive sensitive, it’ll also work beautifully for acne prone oily skin! • @theordinary’s 5% Niacinamide Emulsion was a launch I’ve waited for, for a long time! I’ve loved their 10% Niacinamide serum much like many others but I know it didn’t work for many of you, hence this 5% one would be perfect for sensitive skin that has large pores, oiliness and uneven skin tone. Can also be used for body pigmentation. Disclaimer – All of these products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers as per me, but please check with your doctor to be safe, and patch test before use. #wishlinked
This has taken us a year and a half of procrastination of finally making it happen, so please excuse the lack of ‘podcast setup’, but this is us – raw, unfiltered and real. We discuss everything from moving countries, to why we chose to move from London to Indonesia, how it was like to live together before we got married and how it’s like when an extrovert marries an introvert!
