If you’re someone who still feels the need for these, despite knowing the side effects, you can minimize their side effects: • by getting them done once a week • getting them only if you have dense, thick hair so even with hair loss, you’re not heavily affected • ensuring the treatments are formaldehyde free (a known carcinogen) • opting for regular bond repair treatments such as Olaplex or K18. I feel like our moms, aunts and grand moms had such little knowledge growing up on what to do for their skin, but now that there is so much information available, it can be overwhelming for them as to where to get started, so I wanted to make this video for those women, who spent a large part of their lives raising their kids, being there for their family and putting themselves last, and not having enough time to take care of themselves. Well, it’s never too late to have a sustainable, effective skincare routine, so this is for the women in their 50s and 60s! Hope this video helps you to build a routine for yourselves.
