KITCHEN/GYM or 80/20 When my daughter came home during lockdown and said ‘Look mommy is having another baby’ I almost lost my mind. Kaloku I can’t have my NYASH (a national treasure) and my tummy competing for 1st place. So I decided to read up and do MORE about my gut health. YOU CANNOT OUT GYM A BAD DIET. It all starts in the gut. An in-depth conversation around this is what I’m looking forward to having with you @flo.urishwomenswellness at Kudu Creek Farm in Zimbabwe on the 13th. How I fast daily Why I prioritise protein and avoid man made carbs Why and how I train to get rid of cellulite Etc etc etc I will also sign copies of my memoir I KEEP LEARNING
STRUGGLING – My daughter forced me to train today. She leaves for her basketball camp tomorrow to prepare for their tournament in September and she said ‘Mother we are doing legs today’ I said ‘Daughter, legs it is. So we did legs together and then I did reformer pilates and I’m glad she pulled me out of bed. I’m struggling to be consistent this year for obvious reasons 🥺 I miss my daddy 😩

HUNGER GAMES What started as an innocent experiment ended in war. We decided to try archery and all sorts of things were said as we were being taught how to shoot. As the confidence levels heightened so did the smack talk😩🙈 Madam Lali won the singles competition and team Msengana/Nkayi won the mom and daughter competition.
