So.. we were discussing once on how Zara feels when a random person recognise her when she is in the public and she asked me this.. “i feel happy but why is that they ask for a picture?”
I said, “I don’t know actually, but i think they want to remember this moment of meeting you” and she be like, “Well, then they could have spent that time talking to me, isn’t it? Cause i love talking. But, now they will only remember asking permission for the picture and my response to it.”
I was looking for a suitable words cause i was “awestruck”
then she asked me, “ Sometimes i don’t feel like it and i say ‘No’ what if they remember me that way?”
I was like, “yes, that’s right ”
Sometimes that’s not how i want them to remember us too .. so we try to be nice to them.”
And She be like, “Yea, me too!” 🥹😭♥️
Next time, when you bump into us, please say “hi” , interact with a little one and if you wanna take a moment and capture it ..let it naturally flow. As much as selfies are “a love language” it doesn’t really translate all the time. especially for Zara. We don’t want to remember you this way! Do you??
