Walking, jumping, dancing. Totally works, try it. Moving the body first thing in the morning is probably one of the most loving gifts to oneself. With music, without music. Before or after coffee. Even completely independent from coffee. Just shake out whatever needs to be released.
(And yes I chose one of my most serious pictures to match the seriousness of this advice. I mean it though.🤍)
