Marg Helgenberger Instagram – I am saddened to hear the passing of the wonderful actor Michael Madsen.
Michael’s soulful intensity, raw honesty, & sly humor permeated all of his film performances. RESERVOIR DOGS, THELMA & LOUISE, KILL BILL: VOL.2, & ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD, to name a few.
It was my great pleasure to work with Michael in the ’90’s on two films, SPECIES & SPECIES 2. I don’t think I’ve giggled as much as I did during the making of those movies. Lots of night shoots, lots of gnarly sets, & lots of chasing a creature designed by the Swiss artist H R Giger. Man, did we have fun.
Rest in power Michael. You elevated every film you were in.
