Hearing them speak about the film from their POV from the casting to the acting to the simple act of laughing together on set was a moment worth witnessing.🤍
Founded by @roya.mahboob_official from Herat, Afghanistan, the Afghan Dreamers gained global recognition when they were initially denied U.S. visas to compete in their first robotics competition in Washington, D.C. After a firestorm of media advocacy, they were ultimately allowed to enter the U.S. — where they won an award. 🥇 But their challenges didn’t end there.
