6;00 am : 5 km run
7:00 – 9:30 : breakfast and break
10:30 am – 3: 30 pm : Freedive lessons and theory.
3:30 pm: eat because I’m starving
Evenings: swimming on some days, strength training on a few days and rest/ study for the exams on other days .
This was my schedule over the past 9 days in Pangalao with @trainwithgiorgio and @debocean_freediving
I also ran two races , a 5km race and a 10 km race. Where I placed 1st and 5th. And won cash 😁
It was gruelling and exactly what I needed to learn and get better .
Came back with my AIDA 3&4 certificates at the end of the 8 days.
