I started off at 33inches, last week we were at 32.5 and this week we’re at 31.5 and this is after periods, I’ve never lost a whole inch in a week, so I am guessing since this is after periods the body will adjust itself and I’ll be back on track with 1/2 inch drops, either way we keep going! The formula is working so we change nothing ✨
