Day 12/75 Hard challenge ✨ A lot of you asked if I workout during my periods, the answer is I listen to my body, I mostly workout but there are days like today where I just wanted to walk cause I haven’t taken a single day off since the challenge started so my body is fatigued and hence no lifting today just walk morning and evening! P.S: Ajwain ghee chai is a saviour if you haven’t tried it yet! And no I don’t know if it’ll work without ghee, ajwain, milk or tea 😔 #75hardchallenge #glowup #healthyliving
Day 14/75 Hard challenge ✨ I started off at 33inches, last week we were at 32.5 and this week we’re at 31.5 and this is after periods, I’ve never lost a whole inch in a week, so I am guessing since this is after periods the body will adjust itself and I’ll be back on track with 1/2 inch drops, either way we keep going! Day 25/75 Hard Challenge ✨ Reason I eat 2 meals right now is cause I have to manage time in-terms of work, eating, completing 75 hard and getting 8-9 hours of rest each night so I can be well rested for the next day. And since workout these days takes longer I come home and have 3 fruits in all (2 apples, 1 guava) then have lunch directly at 12:30-1pm and this way I can stay full for longer and not have afternoon crashes since the carbs are limited and I feel full cause of protein and fibre in my meals. And I get to work all afternoon without feeling drowsy before I shut my laptop in the evening and again go for a walk, in the meantime, I’ve been drinking 3.5-4 ltrs water so that keeps me kinda full, I eat dinner which is again protein loaded and with fibre, yes carbs are minimal cause my aim is to drop body fat. Since I make my own breakfast and these days it is not possible and convenient for me to come home and make breakfast, you have seen me eat pancakes and sweet potato bhel and whole lot of other things all these years for breakfast but for this challenge, I have to manage time, effort and ROI. you don’t have to follow my routine, I am doing what works for me without avoiding any food group. P.S: I don’t eat anything before workouts cause I don’t get hungry in the morning, it’s just a habit, not cause I am trying to cut carbs or calories there. It’s too early in the day to eat but I do carry stuff in my bag incase I want to eat.
