Aditi Saigal Instagram – Aditi is a songwriter-composer known for her old-world charm and lyrical deftness. Better known under her nom de plume Dot., she started making waves in the independent music space with songs like ‘Everybody Dances to Techno’ in 2017. These were self shot videos uploaded to her YouTube from her university practice rooms in Wales.
Dot’s debut album ‘Khamotion’ released in July 2021 to critical acclaim, followed by 2022 singles ‘Pink Roller Skates’ and ‘Wes Anderson’; studio releases of former YouTube-only songs.
Dot. has also starred in Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘The Archies’ as an actor, singer and composer – she plays Ethel Muggs in the adaptation, along with composing and performing multiple songs on the film’s soundtrack (including her own ‘Asymmetrical’).
